Definition Of Lithosphere, Seismic Wave And Plate Tectonics

Definition of lithosphere, seismic wave and plate tectonics

Answer:

Lithosphere is the outermost shell and solid part of the earth which contains the upper portion of mantle and crust. it is subdivided into tectonic plates. Seismic wave  on the other hand is the energy that traveled through the earths layers because of the sudden release of energy underground, it may be cause by breakage of rocks or vast explosion which triggers the movement of the ground. Plate tectonics is a theory that claims earths outer shell is divided into number of plates which glides over the mantle.
